Returns, exchanges and postage
returns/exchanges of your order
At this stage Love your Tribe does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind, so please be sure of your purchase. If due to unavoidable circumstances you need to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours of order, you will receive a refund minus a 30% deduction from your payment. To avoid this please make sure you can fulfil requirements before purchasing.
Please note, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the correct colour/size/length combination is chosen, within each product listing. We will not be held responsible for incorrect choices.
No custom made orders can be returned or exchanged for change of mind. However, a subsequent piece can be made but at a cost.
On occasions we make mistakes and we will always rectify any issues immediately to minimise any inconvenience or disappointment. Each case will be determined individually, but we ask if your piece has a malfunction that you send it back to us so we can investigate, no refund will be offered failing to do so. Incorrectly following care instructions will forfeit any refunds or replacements being made on your piece.
Some countries will occur a customs fee to collect your piece, Love Your Tribe will not be held accountable for these costs and will not be responsible for payment. It is the customers responsibility to find out if there are any fees before purchase. By purchasing, it is assumed that the customer has acknowledged this.

All Australian and New Zealand orders are sent via Sendle or Australia Post. If you are within Australia you will be given the option of choosing either Tracked Postage or Express Postage. Choose your option carefully. This price includes the packaging of your Love Your Tribe products, post envelope and tracking with Tracked and Express options. International postage will be calculated at checkout and is posted by DHL e-commerce. The only option for International orders is tracked. If you wish to have your piece posted express, then please send an email to Love your Tribe. Love your Tribe will not beheld responsible for any lost items, nor will it be Love your Tribes responsibility to follow up on this lost item.
Once your package has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking information. Love Your Tribe will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Sendle, Australia Post or DHL e-commerce. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please contact Sendle through their website, call Australia Post on 1800 101 318 or customer service on the DHL e-commerce website.
If your parcel has not been collected from an Australia Post depot/mail centre within the time frame detailed by Australia Post and is sent back to us, it is your responsibility as a customer to pay for the parcel to be resent. We are not held responsible for parcels that are not collected.
Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for "ready to be sent" pieces and 3-4 weeks for "made to order" pieces (possibly longer for custom made pieces) to be processed, packed and posted. Please allow 7-8 weeks from receiving your breastmilk for pieces to be processed, packed and posted. We do reserve the right to go over this time frame if unforeseen circumstances occur. In this case we will always make the customer aware. We will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post, Sendle or DHL e-commerce to deliver your package (2-20 business days as per the Australia Post website via the standard service, 7-12 business days as per the DHL e-commerce website). Once your parcel is posted, it is out of our control. If you choose the Express Postage option, this does not speed up the processing/handling time. This is a service that is offered by Australia Post in regards to the actual postage of your item. Keeping an eye on the tracking information that is sent via email will allow you to see the delivery status of your parcel. By making an order with Love you Tribe you have acknowledge this information and have made a purchase based on the postage information given.
